Enrollment and Payment

Your enrollment is complete only after you pay the full course and session fee. You must use the payment methods shown on our website. We can change course fees anytime, but this won't affect enrollments already finished.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

Your Right to Cancel a Course
Once you enroll and pay, we will not give refunds if you ask to cancel.

 

Cancellations or Postponements by Us
We might cancel or reschedule a Course if unexpected things happen, like not enough people signing up, a trainer not being available, or technical problems. If this happens, we will offer you:

 

A full refund, which will be processed within 30 days.
The chance to move to another Course of the same value that is scheduled later.


Course Materials and Intellectual Property

All course materials, such as presentations, documents, recordings, and digital content, belong to us or our trainers. When you enroll, you get a limited right to use these materials only for your own learning. You cannot copy, share, give away, or use these materials for business without our written permission first.

 

Code of Conduct

You must be respectful to trainers and other learners. If you behave badly, disrupt the course, or break course rules, you could be suspended or removed from the course without getting a refund.

 

Limitation of Liability

We try our best to offer good training, but we do not promise specific results from taking our courses. Our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the course fees. We are not responsible for any indirect, accidental, or resulting losses from your participation.
